Blinded by the Dark

As I stood at the edge of the cliff I taught to myself what's is there for me? Why am I here? Why should I continue living if just the sight of me brings people hate? I looked over at the full moon that shined this beautiful gray color. I moved back and sat there by a tree with my legs to my chest and my head on my knees. I never did anything to anyone for them to hate me. I wanted a normal life. Not being a witch or a werewolf, but a human who was oblivious to everything. I threw my head back letting out a sigh. I stood up and slowly made my way back to edge. If I died at least I died in a place I loved, the pace I called my home. The place I felt safe. I took deep breaths taking my last few steps to the edge. Adam and Mia would do great with out me. They have a loving family and a whole bunch of friends, and they have each other to keep themselves company. They would do fine without me. Who am I kidding, they will do better with out me there to weigh them down. I let the wind hit me gently brushing against my skin. I looked down again to see the water crash against itself. I spread my arms and closed my eyes leaning forward. I continued to lean until I felt gravity take over and pull me down the rest of the way. . . . .
