Never was there a girl so full of contradiction, so pure and full of mystery. Never was there a girl so sure of herself yet couldn't get a handle on what she was feeling. She fell hard for a boy in muddy overalls at age six, the same boy in dusty cowboy boots at age ten, and the same boy yet again in a military uniform at age seventeen. Never had she been so in love, but love isn't always a double edged sword, or so she thought. _________ Reid and Roxanne. Roxanne and Reid. You couldn't find a bigger train wreck of awkward if you tried. Reid and Roxanne have known each other since birth, literally. They were set up to have the perfect best friend relationship, rivaling the ones you read about in books. Ones that are just so perfect and breathtaking that it makes your heart hurt. Too bad all that ended when Reid started ignoring Roxanne's very existence when she was a mere eight years old. Why? God only knows, well Reid does too but nobody's getting a word out of him. After all these years, the universe shifts once again and all of a sudden, Roxanne isn't invisible anymore. Its like nothing's ever changed; Reid is treating her exactly how he used to before that big damn distance appeared between them. He wants her friendship back, but is that all he wants? Either way, Roxanne just doesn't forgive someone that easily. Roxanne and Reid are a massive train wreck and its gonna take more than strong will and a hug to fix this mess.

"I walked over to where Aaron was sitting on the ground, kneeling so that I was face-to-face with him. He was wearing a blank expression on his face so I guess he didn't really care if I kissed him or not. I took in a deep breath before taking his face in both of my hands and swooping down to kiss him. At first, I was so nervous I didn't realize that we were already kissing but after a few moments, I realized how soft his lips felt on my own. Before I can register it I felt him moving against me. I would have gotten off of him but I realize that he wasn't moving to get away from me. No, He was moving his lips against mine." °°°°° Aiden Moore isn't extraordinary. He has average looks, he is OK with sports, and his only strong point is that he is smart (although that doesn't mean much to his fellow classmates). And, of course, his virgin ass has never had a girlfriend, let alone a crush. It seemed as if he would never find someone. That was until he met her, Scarlett Hale. She was the most beautiful girl you will ever meet. Kind, sweet, and one of the few people with a higher GPA then him, she was amazing and Aiden imagined that she would be all his. Once Aiden gets rid of her boyfriend, Aaron Tyler. The most annoying guy you will ever meet, Aiden gags just thinking about him. The man is smoking hot and makes Aiden's dreams of getting the girl to seem very impossible. So what would happen if Aiden gets involved with the wrong person? Will Aiden get the girl? Will he fall short? Or will he fall into the arms of a guy who is in love with the girl he loves? _______________________________________ WARNING: First book EVER! The best part about this book is that it has some funny bits and introduces you to characters I use for a while.
