She gets put into a coma by dr.strange so he can continue with the plan. But she wakes up before it is completed...
Everyone she knows doesn't know her anymore, all their memories are wiped...except for a handful like Peter Parker, Anthony Edward Stark, the Winter soldier and Nick fury. Even they don't know everything.
