Beyond the Stars

Gim Hyungsik a gifted pianist tries to cope with the death of his mother. A good, kindhearted woman who had been brutally murdered in the Gim Residence. Hyungsik is now charged with first degree murder and manslaughter.

Han Yeon Hwa a rookie prosecutor, handles the Gim murder case and let's it slide without looking thoroughly. Her father, a retired lawyer and a good friend of the Gim family, helps his lazy daughter with the case and finds a small mistake in which could save Hyungsik from life in prison.
