When I was 10 years old, I was rushed from my small home in southern Canada. Most people in the world were moved onto these giant ships, decorated with twinkling lights and cold hard metal. We were taken to a place that was called the New World.

Have you ever had a dream where you find yourself in an alien landscape with two humanoid monsters staring at you? Me neither. Unfortunately, it happened to me in real life. With no memory of how I got here and no idea how to get back home, my options are severely limited. Even more so because these creatures look after me like it's an Olympic sport.
