Jane is a very shy 16 year old girl. She is very talented at the cello and auditions for Juilliard. That is when she meets Reid. They fall for each other. Her life is seeming more normal. Until everything goes wrong.
Jane wakes up to find her looking at her own body; which is in a coma. She has to make the most difficult decision she has ever made before; to go die alongside her family, or stay with her love, Reid and her successful music career.
Will Jane choose to leave, or stay?
