"10 years! You have been lying to me for 10 whole years. Every single thing about you was a lie. How could you think I'd listen to anything you have to say now." She paused, lips quivering. "I'll never know if anything you say is a lie or not." Naima cried out.

Tawfiq had nothing to say to justify his mistake but he just wanted to explain everything to her. To make her understand him and why he did what he did. Why he hid the truth.

There was only one thing left to do. If she wouldn't listen to him then he would have to give her the one thing that would explain everything on it's own.

**
"I'm tired. I just want everything to stop. I want you to be here... with me." Naima said over the phone.

"You know it's impossible. At least for now. For your safety and mine. Have faith. Okay? We'll see each other soon." The person on the other side replied.

"But... But..." Naima tried to explain but was cut off.

"I love you, Naima but I have to go. Bye." The line went dead.

**

After ten years, Tawfiq's biggest secret has been revealed. A battle for forgiveness and to make a firm stand with his final decision.

HIGHEST RANKINGS: #1 IN ISLAM #10 IN SPIRITUAL "Tell me what you want. Anything. Just don't hurt them." That quirked his interest. "You would give me anything? Truly?" "I- what do you have in mind?" He stood up, moving closer to her. "A little something," he whispered, his voice low and husky. "First tell me you consent." She tried to step aside but he slammed his palms against the tree trunk, shoving her against it. "You said anything." She realized what he meant and nearly fell back. "No! I didn't mean that. You-you can't." "Give me your brother then." Her eyes welled up with tears. "P-please. I've never- I can't." "Anything." "We're not married." He laughed at that. "We don't have to be." She met his gaze and buried her face slightly in Ruhayl's hair. It was amazing how silent that kid was. "I-I don't-" He took a step back and shrugged. He wasn't one to force himself on a girl. His ways were malicious but he loathed the idea of rape. "All right. Fine. Let's play a game then." Her eyes narrowed in suspicion. "A game?" "If you survive, I'll consider sparing your brothers. If you lose, you will give me what I want willingly. Simple." He smirked. In both cases, he would win. But she didn't need to know that. ******* Za'yaal Ibn Umair Al-Qureyshi, the Heir of Dragos and the cold hearted man who practically owns the country of Uzmer. "Listen to me Qurratul Ayn, before you go, I want to know; did I ever offend you? Is my love for you too little?" I can feel his hand hovering over mine. He wants to hold it, but he knows better than to do that. "Please, I don't want to do this now. My flight is in thirty minutes." I can feel the tears wetting my Niqab. "No! I want to know. Where did I go wrong? Was it money? I didn't feed you well? I didn't clothe you? My love wasn't enough for you? I need to know, all those years! You're seriously willing to throw them away like they were nothing?" A sob breaks out but I manage to hide it behind a cough. I take a silent deep breath and turn, my Niqab swaying and making a whip sound. "It's not like, they really were nothing! Look, I don't have it in me to explain myself. You said you'd give me whatever I want? Then leave me be. I never loved you okay! I never did, it was all a sham, a facade!" His hand that was looming over mine falls limp beside him and he staggers back. "You're lying." He laughs. It's as if he's trying to convince himself. I scoff. "You think so? Well take a look at this." His eyes fill with tears and he takes one of his hands and place it on his mouth. He can't believe that it's actually true. "Okay, Fa'iza." My heart breaks. He never calls me that, ever. "I know something is wrong, and wallahi I'm going to find it out and bring you back to my house in six months. I promise." I feel my heart squeeze knowing his promise can never come to pass, ever. Death is nearing me so nothing can be done. Absolutely nothing. * Ten years of loving, doting over each other and marriage, Fa'iza upped and suddenly said she wanted out of the marriage. After months of persuasion and blackmail, Bello let her go, but before she left, he made a promise. Would he be able to fulfill this promise? STARTED: COMPLETED:
