Because of a break up, Chase received an Ice cream from a schoolmate. That's when he started to dream about a young girl, telling him, 

"Don't worry, I didn't lick it. Give it back, when you're happy."

I guess when your mad, furious, and you wanted to explode, you just don't need to let it all out, you need something and someone sweet and cold, to fix your feelings and mend your broken heart.
