'He came over to me, making me gulp and my knees became jelly. He smirks at me, knowing how he makes me nervous. He moved towards my next, his hit breath making me shiver. "You'll fall for me," he whispers, "the good always falls for the bad boy." Having a crush on someone is never easy. But when they are the most popular boy in school, and known as the schools 'bad boy' and your just in the schools average crowd makes it 10 times harder.  Meet Deryn Summers, the girl who hangs around with the average crowd, the girl with the excellent grades but not a nerd and pretty much known and loved by everyone. And then meet Riley Storm, the complete opposite, the schools 'badass', the guy that everyone is afraid of but the guy that all the girls drool over. Breaks all the rules and couldn't care less about the consequences that comes with it. When Deryn moves to her university with her best friends and brother, what she doesn't know is that Riley and his crew would be going.  Being stuck with the badass who didn't know you existed for the next two years in your life could lead to lots of things. But could it lead to love?
