Slash & Mia: Book Two
WARNING: Prior to reading this book, it is advised that you read the first book: "The Long and Untold Story of Slash & Mia," +++++++++++ Life unfolds mysteriously, a concept I once relished, now despise. Glancing at my wife, peacefully sleeping in our Ojai hotel bed, I ponder the irony of her chosen surprise family getaway, and I can't help but hate it. Mia's memories cling to me, the weight of what I did to the love of my life haunting every moment. My mind calculates the months since... I took Mia to a villa nearby, a birthday gesture, eight months ago. I recall her euphoria, her tears of joy when I gave her that necklace. After months, everything had changed. My heart aches at the memory of her last words: "I was a fool, Slash. And so were you." +++++++++++ And this second book, also set in 2009, delves into the romantic escapades of Slash and Mia, but this time from Slash's perspective, revealing some of the misteries that were tangled in your minds. -Unhealthy Obsession-
Warning! This story contains sensitive topics. ** I looked into his dark eyes and saw, what I once naïvely thought, was innocence. ** "Please!" she cried, curling into herself and holding her arms to her chest. "I want to go home! I haven't done anything to you! Let me go please!" Anger washed over me. What was she not understanding? "Mia!" I snapped, holding her neck tighter, staring down into her watery brown eyes. "You can't leave, I won't let you! I can't lose you! And you have done something. You've stolen my heart." I felt a grin play on my lips as I leaned more onto her. "and for that, baby, you've done everything." [COMPLETE]✅ (This book will be rewritten at some point!)Complete
