Ava had been in love with Alec since the tender age of 15 where they first met. But, unlike the typical teenage couple, the only fighting they engaged in was against cancer - Alec's. So when Alec fell into a state of remission and the leukaemia they battled for so long begun to seem like a distant memory, Ava suddenly allowed herself to imagine a brighter future. A future that is abruptly shattered by a four-by-four and a drunk driver. Soon Ava is on the verge of losing everything she had fought so hard to keep and the only thing she can do is just let go...

What would you do if you wake up at the hospital after an accident? How would you feel after finding out that the person you love the most died in that accident? How could you fix things if you're not longer alive? Emma and Tyler had an car accident while going home after prom. A drunk driver hit them and Tyler died. Emma alive has to live with the grief of losing someone, but can she move on? Can she let go? Tyler, meanwhile, left his family and his lover alive while he finds his way to settle the things he left incomplete before he can go to heaven. Love never dies, and even though there is pain on the journey, at the end there will be hope.
