With a city in fear because of the untouchable murderer is on the run once again, the only people that can stop him are both the most highly skilled police officers and detectives in all of world, Brooke and Trey the twins.
Trey is kinda dumb and never takes shit seriously unless he's in trouble, but he always sticks by his sister's side no matter what happens and he can surprisingly fight with no trouble. He loves doing everything he does with laughter and pranks.
Brooke is more of the hero out of the two. She's basically the brains and the beauty. She's cunning, sneaky, cheeky, nimble, martial arts person, and does really well with all types of weapons. Although her brother is childish, she's more serious in what she does and works super hard to get her missions done.
The untouchable murderer is unknown at the moment, but is mostly known for how fast he is that no one has actually seen his face and that this murderer killed Trey and Brooke's parents when the twins were very young, but they can both remember how their parents died.
No one has ever found a clue to getting near to discovering who he really is but is the truth about to be discovered more sooner than expected?

The BAU team gets called to Elroy, Wisconsin to investigate murders of five young people, three women and two men in their twenties, having nothing but their appereance in common. The thing disturbing to most of the team is the fact all the victims look similiar to someone they know. Hotch orders Reid to stay at the station because he's worried about te doctor. The unsub is one of the most difficult ones the team had to deal with so far, so after the team, excluding the young doctor, and most of the officers leave to arrest possible suspect, they find it was a fake call, they come back to devasted place, the officers that stayed behind all lying on the floor, not remembering anything that has happened since their colegues left, and of course everyone's worst fear came true, the unsub got Reid. Later two other bodies are found, one female and one male, neither of them being able to get identified, until the unsub is caught, when getting asked about the FBI agent's wherabouts only replies with "Thought you would find him by now" while having satisfied smirk on his face. No one can tell wheter the unsub is bluffing or not, and as much as the team wishes he was, while discovering the unsub's hideout they find some of his victims alive, their worst fear being confirmed.
