Grell Sutcliff is a flirtatious young reaper just out of training; He's incredibly dedicated to his job and is like poison on the thorns of a rose, beautiful but deadly. When Grell is sent out to end the demon who was going around taking souls, he meets the demon we all know as Sebastian Michaelis, but due to the demon's lack of a master he has no name.
When Grell arrives to take the life of the demon, he finds he pities the rather handsome creature, and disobeys his order to kill him and instead helps him back to health. Little did he know, he'd grown rather attached and deeply in love with the thing he'd been taught to hate and fear his entire life as a reaper.
But things take a turn for the worse when Sebastian gets a new master, Ciel Phantomhive and as he finally gets the name 'Sebastian Michaelis' an entire new attitude comes with it..
As Grell desperately tries to save the love he's created, will it push him into his own grave?
