Six year old Tommy Wells has lived in Kentucky ever since she was born and she hates it. The life just isn't her. When she makes a promise that she intends to keep for the rest of her life she doesn't see how the world will get any better. When her parents announce to her that they are moving to Maryland, Tommy becomes overjoyed. That is until she actually gets there. Now she is 13 and for 7 years now, Tommy has been physically abused by her nanny and the kids at school, and her parents are always gone on business trips too long to realize Tommy's problem. The boys download an app called vine and become famous due to their crazy/goofy-ness.
