"Jae said he'll come back and that I just have to keep waiting. Since he promised, he said he'd definitely come back." She sniffled as she finished what she wanted to say in one breath.
She found him - her one true love.
It's not Brian.
It's not Kang Younghyun.
It's not her best friend.
It's not me.
I locked gazes with her as she turned to look at me. Her eyes had a layer of crystal clear liquid, about to burst anytime soon.
"D-Don't worry. He.... he... yeah, he'll.... come back." I tried to comfort her. I didn't mean it at all - I hope he'll never come back.
She slightly smiled as a tear rolled down her cheek.
"I hope so too." She muttered softly while slightly nodding as we continued to lock gazes.
