It's December 22nd. Henry has a problem. If he doesn't show up with a girlfriend, his step-mother will have him marry a girl he has no interest in. Morgan has a problem. She can't make it home for Christmas. Two strangers pair up to have, well, some sort of Christmas. It's December 23rd. Morgan is realizing there is a lot more to Henry and his family than she originally thought. She's also realizing there is a lot more to herself that she needed to find. Henry has another problem. Even though the room was dark, I could still the one person who made my heart skip a beat. He stood there, his hands tucked in his pockets, staring at me. So entranced by the Alphas beauty I didn't the notice the foot in front of me. Within a second I tripped over the foot, causing the cake to fly right out of my hands. I managed to keep my balance, but I couldn't ignore the gasps from around the room, and the inhuman growl from in front of me. Hesitantly looking up, a shocked gasp left my mouth. The Alphas venomous gaze was fixed on me. He growled once more making me jump back two steps. Too focused on the door, I was shocked when the Alpha pushed me against the wall, pinning my hands above my head. I glared up at him my eyes narrowed, "Excuse me?" I was beyond livid by the words that just came out of his mouth. "You had no right to do that," I snap, trying my best to out walk him. His chuckle was loud behind me and his hand griped on my forearm, stopping me. Something about his warmth gave me chills all over my body. Something I don't think I ever wanted in the first place. Especially from him and especially now. "Yes I did, and I still do." His hard grip around my arm loosened, and snaked up to lock his fingers through my hair. Oh Momma, what is happening? Being this close to him has been happening way too often for normal. Still, I couldn't break away from this close contact, I was frozen, shocked. "What makes you think that?" My question hit him with humor, and instead of fully responding, he leans his face closer to mine. The smirk on his face stayed once he noticed the affect he had on me. "Because," he whispers out pressing our bodies together. "I'm your Secret Santa," he licks his lips as if he's hungry, then continues, "I can give you anything I want to give you." His free arm wraps around my waist, and he lifts me up during the action before pressing our lips together. The main character is Kimberly. The Sweeny brothers, will do ANYTHING to get rid of Bella for good, so that their mother will FINALLY remember that they exist. Besides, battling Bella in the game of wits and pranks has been far more fun than they'll ever let her know. After a year, they still have not come to terms with the fact that she's there to stay. When one normal seeming weekend, begins to slide downhill at a rapid pace, Bella's rocky, mysterious past begins to haunt her, and the rest of her town. Will the Sweenys and the Harkens finally rebuild the bridge that had been torn down in an equally as mysterious strife, or will they revert back to the hatred and loathing they've known for so long?
