My fan fic "A Christmas Carol Reimagined" is the tale of a miserly middle aged man--a friend to no one--who is scared into realizing the folly of his ways when he is visited by three ghosts (past, present, and future). He then vows to be compassionate toward his fellow man and through his good deeds, he redeems himself--and he comes to know the meaning of love. My story here is my "mash up" of "A Christmas Carol" (original story by Charles Dickens) with Elizabeth Gaskell's "North & South", JRR Tolkien's (via Sir Peter Jackson's films of) "The Hobbit", and is set in the 1850's. I've always liked Christmas the feeling the food the scents I love eggnog and the smell of cinnamon and all the good spices, the only difference is that instead of traditional Christmas I am more into the dark arts of Christmas normal people have Santa Claus I'm head over heels for his brother Krampus he's everything wrapped up in a tight Christmas package and I read on the net that he has a 11 inch candy cane pole I won't mind checking out , after all Christmas is my favorite time of the year.Complete
