Harry just got a new potions teacher, and he isn't quite sure what to make of the man-who is really barely a man. At first, the guy seems like a second Lockhart. Then, a second Snape. It takes Harry almost a whole month before he can see Professor Jackson as the brilliant teacher he is. It's almost another month later that he realizes the man may also be a death eater. The world really hated him.

When Reyna calls in a favor, and Percy actually isn't on a life-threatening quest for once in his life, there isn't much he can do but accept his new quest. [1] New Beginnings: WARNING!! Story is technically complete but I started editing literally years ago then never finished so the beginning's a little funky! Percy Jackson was adopted at the age of seven by the nastiest family in the world: the Dursleys. He met Harry Potter, the most wonderful person in the entire universe, that same day. Though completely unrelated, the boys were nearly identical, a connection forming between them that would last years to come. The pair would go through life as brothers in everything but blood. Connected at the hip, these seemingly average boys had much more in store for them than they could ever imagine. A note: Percy Jackson doesn't discover anything about the demigod side of his universe until later in the second book. Just a warning. If that's too slow for you, don't read. Even more, the Ministry of Magic is making out Annabeth to be some sort of mastermind who convinced Harry Potter and Dumbledore to lie about Voldemort's return. For another, the Ministry of Magic has placed one of their own inside Hogwarts as a teacher--- someone fully dedicated to the Ministry and hates half-breeds like Annabeth.
