Prologue Running since I was twelve. Never staying in one place for too long, knowing they're looking for me. I wish my parents were here. I miss them terribly, leaving me alone with no one to be there for me. Riley has been running for five years, knowing no where is safe for her. Her parents murdered by The Order, a group created long ago to destroy shifters. Walking late at night, her running stops when she walks into a cop and sees that she's a street kid. Riley is put into the system and sent to a foster home, staying silent and telling no one nothing about her life. Entering a new school in the middle of the year as an eleventh grader, Riley works hard to learn what she can and even has a few friends whom she street dances with while determining how long she can stay till they catch up wit her. The last thing she expected was finding her mate. Now she has a tough decision to make. Accept her mate who is the Alpha, or continue to run? Convince me dear Alpha to stay or I'll run...
