Enter Bill Cipher, the charming, enigmatic stranger who offers to help her pay for the trip-and avoid summertime stress and boredom-in exchange for giving him a ride east. However, thanks to his penchant for mischief and secrets, traveling with him proves to be riskier than it first seems, both for the reader's patience-and her heart.
Rated PG-13 for some violence, alcohol usage, and mentions of sex.
