Mackenzie Johnson's life is far from exciting. Growing up in a rich family where appearances are more important than anything, things tend to get too repetitive. Fake a smile! Always be kind and polite! Never speak unless you're spoken to, and always make sure to smooth out all the wrinkles. Kenzie is tired of doing the same thing with the same people everyday. She wants adventure. When tragedy strikes and dark family secrets are revealed, Mackenzie meets a group of young people who call themselves monster hunters. Though each of them seem to come from different backgrounds they all share one common enemy. A beautiful, blond monster whose heart seems to be as icy as the color of his eyes.
