New York, 1933. Carol Elias' last day in New York is spent at a bon fire in the woods before she flies off to Georgia, U.S.A for medical school. Elliot, her long life best friend, confessed his love to her and he is as madly in love with her as she is with him. They confessed little too late and hearts are broken knowing that they will have no contact until Carol finishes her 7 years in medical school.

On top of that, scary urban legends must be told at the bon fire but this one had her feared. The Face, is the name, the incident supposingly happened just recently back at her future medical school.
