Rikki Shay is just your normal, thirteen year old girl, or at least she thinks she is. The issue is, others don't think so. Rikki has a higher IQ than most of them, and has little patience for those who are slower than she is, which causes issues between her and her peers. She judges people by first glance, and isolates herself from everyone except a select few. People tease her, no one sits with her on the bus, she's the silent one in the back of the classroom. When other people complain about being teased, all she can think is "You're really going to complain about THAT?" Will she ever be able to put herself out there in the world?
