In the populated diverse city of Starvale, five unlikely misfits-outcasts, loners, and troublemakers-find their lives forever changed by a freak accident. Curiosity and recklessness get the better of them, and as they mess around with the strange object, it cracks open, releasing a powerful energy surge that knocks them unconscious.
When they wake up, everything seems normal-until bizarre things start happening.
