DB19:(Dragon Ball 19) Sky's Era
The protagonist "Mega" (yeah, name used in Six Bullets but whatever) seeks power for his own satisfaction alongside his best female friend "Bloods" with their past being the same, both growing up without parents. However, as they reach a place to actually raise their power they find themselves with an enemy known as "Sky, leader of the Fire Clan", and their objective is to restart the universe where there is peace.
What are Mega and Bloods going to do about this?
