"More" he demanded. "What's with the sudden interest?" Before he reacts I hastily added some joke to lighten the mood. "Knock, knock." He opens and then closed his mouth masking his surprise. "Who's there?" "Icy" I drawled. "ICY WHO?" He replied. "You see me, do you need glasses or something?" then his booming laughter echoed inside the library which again a loud shushed from the librarian and some nearby students hit us. "That was hilarious!" I just shrug my shoulders masking my face void of emotion. And then my heart beats again faster because of what he said next. "Oh babe, if you just see what I see." He looks straight at me and I immediately avert my eyes to my book which is in front of me. Oh diary, I think his eyes will be the death of me. Only Evangeline's rude personality makes it nearly impossible for him to do anything with her and Alastor only makes things worse by trying to split them up. Alastor has been Evangeline's best friend for three years and wants nothing more than for Peter to be out of the picture. Things get saucy when Sir Pentious meets up with Peter during Study Hall with a valentine for him. Evangeline is quick to become suspicious of it but Sir Pentious is also quite clumsily able to cover his tracks. Evangeline goes along having the best day she possibly can until her Sex Ed teacher/Volleyball coach, Valentino, benches her for no reason right before they face off against their biggest rivals, Heaven High. Now Evangeline has to figure out how to get off the bench or their team is sure to lose. Peter's anger builds up through the story because he has had enough of Evangeline's disrespect and lack of gratitude and eventually blows up on her, making it clear that things better change even if it means he has to resort to violence.
