By The Way, I exist, too. So, my name is... wait why would I tell you anything about me? My brother is one of- no THE- greatest con men in New York which means that telling you who I am would probably be a bad idea. But, you see, I'm telling you this story about me anyway. Just because Neal is an arrogant genius of an older brother it doesn't mean that I'm going to make smart choices.

Peter joins Neal on a heist in order to capture a buyer of stolen rare books and manuscripts. Neal and Sara begin to come out of the closet. Travel: France. Fluff: Thanksgiving. November 2005. This story takes place after the events in The Musicians (Caffrey Conversation series) and Columbia Ghost Story (Crossed Lines series). My White Collar stories are set in the Caffrey Conversation universe created by Penna Nomen. In that world, Neal Caffrey-expert forger, thief, and con artist-is recruited by Special Agent Peter Burke to work for him at the FBI. Neal begins his new life in December 2003 when he is twenty-three years old. Unlike the TV series, Neal was never convicted of a crime and didn't serve time in prison. Penna Nomen is the creator and chief muse of the series. She is also my writing partner. The complete list of Caffrey Conversation stories is on our blog, Penna Nomen & Silbrith Conversation. This story is for fun. I don't own the rights to the White Collar TV series.
