Adam Powell, A English 16 year old homeless boy living in the roads of Alabama. Though Adam is not old enough t be on his own but he didn't exactly have a choice, his parents threw him out for being such a burden to them when he was only 13. He has walked the many roads of Alabama for two years now.  He was put into foster care but the many homes he was welcomed into were not the best, so he ran away from it all. He has enough money for some food and water by his job at a cafe, which he just got three months ago. Adam was more of a city folk as he grew up he moved to america from England when he was six, he was use to cities then country. What brought him to Alabama was by the foster care.  What happens when the manager of the cafe, an old crippled man, takes notice of him and gives him his own piece of land with a tore down old shack, but what also comes along with it changes his life forever.
