Follow Aditya Rathore's Lead | Make These Resolutions in 2019

1. Don't focus on what others think of you -- be okay with yourself instead

2. Take care of yourself emotionally -- forgive yourself and others then leave the baggage behind

3. Take care of yourself physically -- for Alpha that means going to gym 4-5xs a week with cardio 7xs a week, no drinking alcohol, and taking care of his skin.

4. Spend more time with people you love -- get rid of the toxic energy around you. It's all about friendship and love.

5. Be nicer to people -- and help people too.
