It has been over a year since the crisis in Hoenn was stopped and Steven and Sapphire have been traveling to other regions together ever since. Meanwhile, back in Hoenn, trainers and Pokemon have been disappearing, including Ruby, Wally, and even Blaise. Once the two trainers find out, they return to Hoenn only for Sapphire to get captured herself! Now Courtney and Steven must team up to rescue Sapphire.
