Sam Purvis is just an ordinary girl, that was until Evie Lalonde becomes her exchange student. Evie is a girl who has had the ability to travel through time after a science experiment goes horribly wrong which also killed her father. Evie has been raised in an alternate world where everyone there can time travel ever since her father's death when she was only four years old. Evie can only time travel if she's jumping with someone, when she moves in with Sam's family, Evie has chosen someone to be her "partner in time."
