In a world that takes place after the zombie apocalypse, there is a prison where they keep all the zombies that are either not gotten back all of their humanity or are too far gone. For the ones that are too far gone, they shoot them in the head.
Kai Klytersein had been in the prison for a few years before he had escaped. Ever since he escaped he had been hiding from the hunters working for the prison to keep them from taking him back or worse: shooting him. He had ran to his brother for help and his brother helped hide him. To make sure they don't find him, he tries to blend in with the humans by going to school and wearing a mask over his nose and mouth hiding his missing flesh on his cheek. Will he be able to stay free until he gets all of his humanity back or will he be captured?
Warning: There is violence, blood, cursing, self hate, and boyxboy action in this. If you don't like any of this, don't read it and don't hate on it either. Just click out of my story. If you do like it, then yay.

Take a moment to ask yourselves these questions: What would you do in the name of survival? Would you steal to survive? Would you kill to survive? Would you lose your mind to survive? The characters and situations in this book are very real, if gore or horrific mental images scare you, then I wouldn't recommend reading far.
