After being born, (Y/N) was introduced to her family which they had tails not feet! Yes (Y/N) herself was a mermaid but not just any mermaid a MERMAID PRINCESS to be exact!
She wondered what life was up in the shore being able to walk and not float being able to eat new things instead of seagrapes or seafruits and other edible products under the sea!
One day her dream comes true when her Father the King of the Ocean himself revealed to her that they can have legs! And on top of that she was invited to a hero school in UA. She also longed to have a person to claim him as hers and love him with all of her heart! Watch and Read as I the Author make her dream come true!
(Basically your Father is close friends with All Might and he asks if he could throw you in UA so that you can walk on land unlike your 3 older and younger sisters who wants none of that but wants to join (your the 2nd child) and also improving your quirk and also since the ocean is always at peace unlike above.
All Might gladly accepts and puts you in Class 1 - A(??) and happily tells Aizawa that he has another student to wrangle but tells him to keep your a secret for the greater good of society and so that villians won't know that merfolk exist and sell their gorgeous tails.)

This is after all the students got excepted into the A1 class and after the festival but before the internship. She has three quirks. Fire (Hellflame), Explosion release, and magnetic release. She was a normal child growing up with her brother, but when she didn't show any signs of getting a quirk she was diagnosed quirkless. Her father was a CEO of a famous hero experimented and research company, but it was taken from him with his 2 children along. The people who took Joozou and her brother saw potential in her. No quirk, a blank canvas. They wanted to try out a theory and some DNA they had stolen...to create the perfect number 1 hero.. The stolen DNA was Endeavors...the number 2 current hero..aka Enji Todoroki. After implanting it inter her original DNA they had an opening and activated her parents inherited DNA based quirks.
