Eloise Derwent and her brother Benjamin are orphans of war. An ongoing war between their godfather Grindelwald and the aurors of the world. After escaping their parents torture and subsequent deaths, they find themselves in Nurmengard just as Grindelwald is readying to head to Paris to find an important asset for his side.
Using her charm, Eloise is able to convince him to let herself and her brother come with him to 'help'. Really, she's there to find their parents killers and to get revenge.
She does not like what she finds out.

Now since they are free, the start searching for their child. Their child a fifteen year old Slytherin attending Hogwarts. She is quiet and broken, constantly wearing a mask of happiness and whatever else she needs. She has not had anyone she has cared about since she was eleven. She does not want to shatter. She refuses to shatter. One night changes everything for her. Her Parents track her down and she learns for the first time she is not just a mudblood. Her parents are the Dark Lord and Bellatrix Black. She didn't believe it at first, but they are. She hates muggles more then anything, but she also wants to prove herself to her parents. She know she is smart and dangerous. She has been abused since she was a child and she is so angry and so ready to hurt others and show who she is. 2 notes: 1) This book is violent and (sorta) has abuse references. 2) All the characters belong to JKR, other than Hesperia and a few more.Complete

Gellert Grindelwald. Albus Dumbledore had wished to never hear that name again. The name of someone he had once loved - and still did. This is how I imagined and wished the Crimes of Grindelwald to be (major events and plot points are heavily different from the new movie, so there will probably be NO SPOILERS. I wrote this a few months ago, even before the trailers came out). Everybody has their own struggle to choose a side. People whose lives are completely different, but they all are part of a huge puzzle. One of these people is the second darkest wizard in history and another is the only person who was able to stop him. It is also about heartbreak and falling in and out of love.
