Primrose "Prim" Gilbert and Lee Thomas have been best friends since birth. Their mother's were bestfriends through highschool and became pregnant close to the same time (Lee being older by three days).

Everyone has always wanted and expected them to grow up, fall in love, get married, and have a million children of their own. But, that's not the case.

The only person who knows that Lee is gay is Prim; and the only person that knows that Prim is lesbian is Lee. Neither have told their families in fear of being seen as an outcast.

They make a plan to fake date eachother to provide their families with happiness, but what if they both find true love with other people while being in a fake relationship?

For 17-year-old high school senior Evan Brooks, life could be better. He's a social outcast at school, stuck in a rural Alabama small town he never wanted to move to, and he's got a secret he's desperately trying to keep: he's gay. When he embarks on a weekend vacation to the Florida panhandle with his hypermasculine brother, homophobic stepdad, and aloof mother, none of them can anticipate how much a simple 3-day trip will change their lives forever... **2025 Update: Hi! This was my very first attempt at crafting an entire story from scratch all the way back in 2020, and I'd like to think my writing has since improved. I've started working on a big rewrite project, so stay tuned for a newly enhanced story! Please visit the last chapter (2025 Rewrite Info/Updates) for more details. In the meantime, the original story will remain here in full - just know that I know some parts of it are cringe lol. I hope you still enjoy it though! :) Some details have changed between this story and Road to Rockdale in anticipation of the rewrite, so please excuse some inconsistencies if you're coming from that story. I promise everything will line up eventually! CONTENT WARNING/TRIGGERS: Please note that this story contains very strong language at times and some mature themes. Some characters face emotional abuse. There is also a small amount of physical abuse, but it is mostly implied apart from one scene which is not extremely graphic. Some characters are homophobic, and a slur is used a handful of times.

GIRL ADDICTION

Chris, a young chef-in-training is secretly in love with her best friend Sarah. Chris struggles to find a way to admit her love to her best friend without spoiling the good thing she has going with Sarah, but she fails miserably and ends up doing things she will later regret. Will Chris finally be able to win Sarah's heart? In the mean time Sage, Sarah's cousin, finds herself manhandled by her crush and struggles to deal with the harsh reality that maybe some things just aren't meant to be. Will Sage manage to pull through and find herself again? I wrote this story a few years back when I was still exploring my sexuality. This is an M18 story and set in present day between two working adults, who were friends until an incident with a game of "Truth or Dare" turned them into something else altogether. Disclaimer: Any similarities to any people, places or things in reality is pure coincidence as this is a complete work of fiction.
