Sara isn't an ordinary girl living in a small city of Kenwood, she's actually from the future! The Choosing Committee took her in to be their first test subject. What TCC wanted to do was try to make a way that nobody in the future had to choose for themselves TCC would choose for them. And they successfully did that to Sara, but since it became really popular to the people, they sent Sara into the present. After 10 years went by, living in the present, Sara starts to realize that the choosing gene (TCC put inside her brain) stopped working. So Sara goes into the future to find out the horrible reason why it stopped working and the horrible truth that happened in her past before she was taken in by TCC.

Remi has always loved the forest, the different sounds, smells, the way she could get lost in it and never have to go home to her non-existent parents. She goes in and out of her life with her best friend everyday just waiting until they're both old enough to leave their small boring town. But one day Remi is attacked, and nearly killed, by a man in the forest. When she wakes up everything's different. She feels something inside her, a power, but she has no idea what happened to her. Baseball, Lightbulb, and eventually Balloon are captured by Test Tube and forced to partake in experiments that slowly get more and more dangerous. Meanwhile, their friends back at Hotel OJ are desperately trying to find them. And, if it works, a small percentage of the time, the subjects are let loose, given a certain freedom they had never experienced. And that's what I had now. Freedom. After around ten years of making sure my neural system was intact, the metal surrounding me grew with my body and the batteries didn't poison my immune system, I was given the option of getting out of CARESS, also known as Centre of Adolescents in Rehab after the Effect of Scientific Surgery, and live a normal life. Well, as normal as it could get for a teenage girl with giant metal wings stuck behind her back. ~~~~~~~~ "You remind me of Maleficent... But with blue wings... And definitely more badass." "Who?" " You know, the girl that poisoned Sleeping beauty?" "I repeat. Who?" "We are so watching that.
