Necromancer - She can manipulate corpses or bodies of unconscious animals or humans, she can also form light blue hellflames that explode on contact, her quirk however results in insomnia, fatigue, and external bleeding.
Blood Manipulation - She can manipulate her own blood, (e.g hardening, softening, etc.). Using her quirk however causes her dizziness and headaches. To be able to use this quirk she needs a scar or wound for her blood to pass through.

{Completed and under editing!} ~Character info~ -The character name is Y/N Uraraka, and she is Ochako Uraraka's twin sister -She always was jealous of Ochako, as she was better than her in almost everything, but still, even when Y/N did better, her parents would compliment more her sister. This made Y/N develope a low self-esteem and trust issues towards her family Still, she managed to open up to her classmates -She actually cares a lot about her sister and her friends. Especially Tenya and Mina -She usually is nice, until she loses her cool -Y/N barely talks to her parents anymore and spends most of the time be at an animal shelter, her room, or drawing at a park -Y/N is not a 'girly girl' as her sister -Y/N loves animals and drawing. -Her favourite heros are Snipe and Ingenium -She has two quirks -Her first quirk is that she can shot paint and ink from her fingers. She usually shots acrylic because it's dense. -She has improved her first quirk to the point that she can shot paint like very strong bullets, but she also can eject the paint gently -Her second quirk allows her to create almost any object she wants, except that it can't be taller than 125 cm. She is also able to summon a water dragon by writing the kanji '水'(mizu/water) •Drawbacks -her first quirk doesn't have any drawback except it can cause her a slight pain on her wrists if she uses it too much -Her second quirk has a lot of drawbacks. First, she isn't able to use it on short combat because she needs to do a slightly detailed drawing, and she needs to have five fingers of a hand to make it real. For the kanji part, it drains a lot of her energy, so she barely uses it, asides from when she has nothing to loose. The longest she can send the dragon without passing out is 30 seconds, but she can risk it and send it 40, maybe 50. EXPLANATION Alta Aikawa Quirk: mind manipulation Eye color: blue Hair color:white This is taking place between 2nd year and 3rd year in UA I will be making a lot of stuff up but will try not to stray from how a character should act and how they talk. I will be giving bakugou a lot of character development but he will still be quite explosive so don't be mad if it's not canon. Altas quirk is mind manipulation she can use her mind to manipulate about anything physical and mental so telekinesis with extra steps lol she can make up memories remove memories manipulate one's reality, move physical objects, and use pulse waves.when she alters another person's mind they tend to pause for about 5 minutes. It may sound powerful but the drawbacks can be immense especially when used for mental manipulation. She can have migraines for days black out chronic bloody noses loss of sense and lose touch with reality for a few hours just depend on how she uses it and for how long. This will be post war since the series wasn't/isn't over yet at the time i am writing this (i am currently where they are about to face off with shiggy/AFO again sorry if characters have died since that point and they are still in my fanfic) i will make up how it ended and how people changed but most likely i don't need to explain how people changed if im vague enough. I am making them go back to school after most of japan is put back together so they will be close to or will be 18 when in 2nd year i didn't want to just give them a free pass to move on and just become a hero i felt even though they are fictional they deserved to finish school and graduate. I don't plan to change or edit it in the future so take it as it is and please don't be mad with me. But when the villains attack, her classmates become worried - In this AU they have markings of were their soulmate will touch them, during an important moment. for example if its to grab their hand after making a promise, then there will be a hand print on their palm. However, the mark is black, and you only get your mark when you turn 14. When the moment happens, the mark begins to glow and from then on is their hair color. However the soulmate thing won't pop up in the story for a while because people tend to ignore it. It is a thing you only talk about with people close to you.
