The greater the number of tally marks , the better the chances of living a quality life.
Enter the story of a 1, positioned against one end of a spectrum, and the story of a 100, standing proudly against the other end. And you'd find out that these two aren't that much different, after all.

An Inch Of Infinity (Short Version)
In the near future the entire world is conquered by a group of people known as Royalties, or the Royals for short. They declared war on the planet. If you were not with them, you were against them. by the end of the 21st century the world was utter chaos and anyone who did not follow the laws to the letter were taken away by the Keepers. Part ninja, part spy, part soldier, the Keepers were brainwashed citizens raised from 8 months old to be able to apprehend anyone. Only 87% made it through training. The population was cut into 6 groups, one for each block, each the size of a continent. Every other healthy child was marked at birth to become a Keeper. Children were often sent to other blocks to keep the population exactly even, but not always. Rebellions rose but were extinguished quickly, before they even really started. Eventually the only hope was a single underground rebellion until even that began to disappear. This is the same exact story as An Inch of Infinity except it has been broken into small chapters to be more easily read on mobile devices. I own the characters, the story, the cover art. Everything. Content Warning-This story is meant for mature audiences. It features adult language, references, situations, sexual content, graphic violence, and gore. Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. That was over twenty-five years ago and I haven't shared a sinlge word of it. Imposter syndrome is a bitch! Well, I finally managed to pull the trigger. Here is "O Negative". It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.
