Holly Garland on Santa's Lap [COMPLETE]
Once upon a time, I was your typical good girl, doing my job like a total elf star, no complaints. Even with the little "gift" I was born with (aka my disability), I handled life pretty well. But let me tell you, luck's never been my plus-one. What am I talking about? Oh, just my lovely name-and the Christmas curse that comes with it! Every year, without fail, while my family's out decking the halls, I'm over here getting snowed under with the worst disasters. So, yeah, all I want for Christmas is for this nightmare of a season to be over. But this year? Oh, I've really hit the Christmas tree topper. Ever since I plopped myself down on Santa's lap at my office party and made a special wish, it's been one yule disaster after another! And now, I'm stuck in this sleigh ride from hell with that red-suited nightmare, forced to follow him wherever he jingles. Sure, he might be a total angel under that fake beard-mysterious and all-but I'm not about to let myself get wrapped up like some Christmas present under the tree. My brain's still in one piece, thanks. So, seriously, sweet baby Jesus, how did a nice executive assistant like me end up sleighing through this wild holiday misadventure full of danger, romance, and all the holly jolly chaos of Christmas?!Complete

Hannah Jacobson has a perfect life, until it falls apart on Christmas Eve. Weeks later, without speaking to her family she meets Brett Kinard, and he seems perfect. I look up and almost drop my mouth open at the fine man God has blessed my eyes with. He's got dark brown chocolate hair and he's hot. I don't know who he is but he can be my pretend boyfriend all he wants to be. He's tall, but not normally tall, he looks at least 6'6 and I don't think that's possible. He's hot though, not the typical type of hot. His arm has a tattoo sleeve all the way down it and his thighs are covered in jeans that hug him in all the right places. He's got on a plain hoodie with our college across it but he's immediately every girls center of attention because he's breathtaking. His chest is huge, it's straining under his hoodie and his eyes are so blue they look green. They are like a perfect teal color that's so intriguing. "Sorry man, didn't know" Dick tells him as he stands up and goes down a few seats opening his spot for this mysterious man. "Who are you?" I ask as nicely as I can as he sits down in the seat. "The guy who just saved you from that creep but you can call me Brett Kinard" he tells me as I nod. He's so handsome, I don't even think handsome is the word, he's just hot. I immediately almost drool as I look at him, along with every girl here. "Or daddy, whatever you prefer" he tells me as my mouth drops. I take a deep breath I didn't know I was holding at the driver's side door swings open and a very pissed off Axel steps out. "Thank god," I mumble and place my hands on my knees to catch my breath. "Blaze?" He says and I hate it. I hate how he says my name as if it's his. Like he knows it's the only thing I want to hear, him calling out to me, looking at me, focused to me. It's the first time in my life I wanted someone's attention so badly I didn't care how I got it. And that was too dangerous for me to hold onto. "Are you insane or some shit? I could have killed you!" He says and starts to walk towards me. I take a big breath and step back away from him, "s-stop! Axel," I stutter still panting. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. "Don't run from me Blaze it won't go well," he growls reading my thoughts causing me to freeze in my spot. "Do not ever think you can get away from me."Complete
