The Hideous

Dayalia at 16 years old, has to run away from home. Why, you ask? Well she figured out that she was a freak. That's what most people called her, anyway. She ran away, bringing a backpack full of money and the essentials. She was walking down the side of the road when a siren sounded. A voice came on over a speaker and said, "All mutations, if you can hear this, you're one of us. Relocate to--" it suddenly shut off. She was confused by what could have cut her off at such bad timing. A person? Animal? What happens when she hears this announcement again, but this time it tells her a location?
