Throughout human history, there have been numerous humans who have received the gift of spiritual vision--the ability to see and interact with angels and demons. While in the past these humans were revered as saints and religious leaders, in the modern day most attempt to live their lives in semi-normalcy, fully aware of the spirit world but refusing to acknowledge it publicly. When a number of current visionaries discover various groups attempting to summon dark spirits for an unknown goal, they begin a worldwide collaboration to discover the purpose of these events.
