The rebel District || SKZ District 9 ff (discontinued)

This story is discontinued because not only do I not have the time to write that much, but all the stuff that has happened with a certain someone just doesn't make me comfortable to write about him. Editing wasn't an option either, because I just didn't seem to know how to do that since he is a big part of the story.

Felix and Chan are brothers. Chan was adopted into a human family, since no vampires are allowed to live just freely in the big and wealthy district 8. District 8 is ruled by 2 groups, both having some kind of Dictator as leader.
Chan and Felix get arrested and sent away to the wastelands, a place where no one will survive because of all the creatures lurking around.
After the boys get expelled , they meet Woojin and Minho, who take the brothers to an old factory building; District 9. Here is where the rebels and misfits who were once expelled from District 8 live, led by Seo Changbin.

What happens when Felix and Changbin cross paths? And what happens when the council of District 8 finds out the brothers aren't dead after all and are actually joined by the rebels?
