Guardian

When Angela becomes a young struggling mother her relationship with Lip Gallagher falls apart. Their once caring and passionate relationship down spirals and Lip starts to choose the bottle over his girlfriend and new child. One night when Angela has hit rock bottom and Brianna their babygirl is in desperate need of a doctor. Another Gallagher steps up and gives Angela and Brianna another chance to make things right and shows them there are still good people in this world.

After failing time and time again at being a young mother, and letting her selfish heart only worry about Lip and no matter how hard the past few months had been with him continue to want him regardless of his actions. Angela finally comes to the realization even after all of the kindness Ian had showed her while trying to be a good man and help her in her time of need. That she has to give up something to get Lip back even if that means letting go of a little piece of her and Lip both.

Now that he has been left with a child to care for, Ian has to make the decision of a lifetime. Does he stay and take care of Brianna his sweet little three month old niece and become her legal guardian to keep her out of the system or does he hand her over to the authorities and explain what happened.
