Palka Fyifhers knows she couldn't possibly make a difference in the world, let alone her own family. When her mother falls sick, she travels on her moody horse to the capital of district three, Chrilst, to gain money working for the king's stables. While she's there she meets unique people, creatures, and everything in between.

When she's barely settled in, word comes that a war is threatening to terrorize the six districts of Sari, and no one knows why. Several sides are fighting to have their way, and the friends she thought she had start turning on each other. Everyone seems to have a valid and understandable point, but it's impossible to stay neutral when everything around you seems to be resulting in violence over opinions that aren't worth the consequences. 

Palka knows she's in a position that could help avoid war, but, as always, she doubts herself. Not only she, but others as well doubt her. You can't make a difference without trying; will Palka try to make a difference in her world?All Rights Reserved

Snippets of alternate outcomes in the lives and enduring love story of Can Divit and Sanem Aydin. When I started out with this story, I only intended to loosely base the 'short piece' on the events in Bolum (Episodes) 17 & 18 however, I got such positive feedback, I decided to stretch it out a bit. I'm still unsure how far I will stretch it but so far, I'm enjoying writing it and will keep going till I run out of steam. I can't think of any show/movie that I've watched in recent times to which I have reacted as I did when I watched Erkenci Kuş. The characters hooked their claws into me and wouldn't let go. I rooted for Sanem and Can; cried and laughed with them; railed at and cursed their detractors and finally rejoiced over their reunion. However, the ending was so rushed. After all the angst we were put through with their relationship, I felt robbed of an extended happily-ever-after. What we were given was too short. I hope to right that wrong, amongst others, with this story. Though I only watched the show in Jan/Feb 2023, I have since rewatched it countless times. There were certain parts of the plot which wound me up so much so this is me writing what I wished had happened. Enjoy!

This is my first fanfic or story. I hope you will like it. I merge some characters of my beloved Erkenci Kuş with the upcoming series Bay Yanlış (Mr. Wrong). As the series is expected to start filming in May. I use as inspiration the plot that was publish by Gold Film. Sanem is a well educated woman, she received a top notch education. She went to the King's College of Madrid, a Boarding School and the University of Bologna, Business School. Graduated top of her class. This not only serves well to the family business, but her's as well. She speaks Turkish, Spanish, Italian and English. At 28 she made great contributions to the family business. But her personal life is another thing. When things seems to be flowing smoothly, reality hits hard. Fives days before her wedding with a respectable publisher Yiğit Ersöz, something happens that will change her life completely. Özgür is a free spirit 30 year old extremely handsome man from a wealthy traditional family from Köyceğiz, Turkey.
