Not having anywhere to go, Arvie tries his luck in one of the most dangerous 'cities in the world. Belltramo. Ki is overflowing there and if you're weak you'll end up getting eaten by the mafia gangs.

Not long after, Arvie enrolls in the city's most elite school, Maximum high: a school not to mess with. As if school at a gang-infested city wasn't enough, one of his classmates is the son of an elite mafia boss.

Can Arvie rely on his strength and fight the world?
