Barry Allen just saved the city from DeVoe's satellite crash. All is good. Until a bank robbery is taking place and one girl, in particular, seems not worried as she stands up. Barry sees it all. But also sees as the Meta that's robbing the bank has no effect on her. He realizes he needs to investigate her to find out how.

Isabella Park, Izzie, was affected by the Dark matter at only 11. Her power, well...she's Immune to any and all meta powers. It's Barry's and the team's mission to find and help her. And Maybe she can just help them.
