Florence Winters has become so caught up with the future that she forgets that you live in the present. Mars is just on vacation to visit his sick aunt until, well, she passes away. His father is worried that all he cares about is getting a well paying job and not about being happy. When the two of them meet, they weren't sure where it would take them but for once in their lives, they thought it was worth a try.
