Uzumaki Haru's mother was an Uchiha. Her father was one of the last Uzumaki. When they fall in love and have a child, the Uchiha clan is furious, with the Senju/Uchiha feud still somewhat fresh on their minds. They kill the Uzumaki, and try to kill Haru. When her mother thinks they succeed, she commits suicide, but she didn't know that Haru was still alive. And Haru found her mother dead just minutes after she did the unthinkable. Haru is found by Kushina Uzumaki, a distant relative.

Now she lives as one of the last Uzumaki and the Uchiha pariah. Sharing a roof with the Yellow Flash and the Red Hot-Blooded Habanero.

(Sasuke does call Naruto 'Naru-chan', they're a little easier to put up with each other in this fanfic.)

Later on Luka gets kidnapped by the "Red Dragon Clan", and then Haku goes to the "Village Hidden in the Flames." There is when Sky joins their little group and a lot of other things happens later on in the story, but you have to read to fine out. ^_~
