Zeus could not do to her what he did to the Titans so he exiled her to Hades realm and allowed her to inhabit a human form, a vessel, for a short time every 10,000 years so there could still be a balance of Peace and Chaos. Emily was raised by her mother, she knew who her dad was it's just she can't ask about him, talk about him, or meet him. Emily really wants to meet him he may have been a villain but now he's a hero.
