Their town, HillsVille has always been full of nice and trustworthy people. 

One day Eve finds an emerald necklace which, Peter, the mayors son, attempts to steal, claiming it has a power beyond anything they could imagine.

The next day their mother goes missing.

Between the strange disappearings and untrustworthy leaders of their city, Charlie and Eve suspects there's something more going on behind the scenes of the 'trustworthy' HillsVille.
And its up to them to figure it out.
